Hello BP family, I’m located in the Baltimore, MD area and I’m new to real estate investing.

I was looking to see if there are any mastermind groups out there that might be accepting new members. Either locally in person or virtually. Just looking to network with some like minded individuals to share success stories, goals, and hold each other accountable.

Any recommendations would be great!

Hello all, i'm new to the REI world so i started wholesaling so that i can build up some capital and also learn the ins and outs of the business. I started in January of this year and i feel like i've learned so much, i've done tons of research, read, watched youtube videos, etc. but i still haven't closed any deals yet. I'm currently in the baltimore market but since i've had little success i'm thinking of choosing a new market to venture into. my question is how should i go about choosing another market? do i just pick any city and get started or is there a more intricate process to go through to choose a different market?

Any advice, information, or recommendations are welcome.
