We’re looking for one full-time agent in the Atlanta metro area to exclusively sell our rehabbed properties and source off-market deals. This is an in-house position, not an opportunity for outside agents looking to represent us or get our business.

  • -No need to chase listings – you’ll have exclusive access to sell our deals
  • -Commissions on both sales and acquisitions
  • -$5,000 guaranteed monthly base draw for stability
  • -On-target earnings of $10,500 per month ($126K annually)

Must have an active GA real estate license (or be willing to obtain one). If interested, message me with your contact info and availability.

What’s your personal favorite list to pull? I like the No Data list.

Hi Siobahan, Do you mind me asking where and how you are pulling this list? I've seen it mentioned a couple of different places but never with that level of detail. Thanks!

Hey everyone, I’m looking for some insights on how you’re managing your property lists, either inside or outside of your CRM. My current plan is to generate lists using PropStream, skip trace them, and upload them into our CRM (Resimpli), which we’ll use to execute direct mail and cold calling campaigns. I like the idea of tracking every seller interaction in one place, but now I’m concerned we might end up with way too many properties in our CRM over time.

For those of you who use platforms like PropStream or ListSource, are you calling and mailing directly off those lists without uploading them to your CRM? If so, how do you track how many times you’ve reached out to the same property over the years?

Lastly, for anyone using a CRM, are you able to keep your property data up to date automatically when the home’s status changes (like if it sells or is no longer distressed)? I’d really appreciate any advice or tips on how you’re handling this!

I'm actively seeking a co-founder with deep expertise in all facets of wholesaling and exceptional leadership skills to help drive the day-to-day operations of a nationwide real estate wholesaling venture.

Having successfully founded, scaled, and exited a business with a similar model in a different industry, I'm now eager to collaborate with someone who's well-versed in the intricacies of wholesaling. Your ability to lead effectively across all aspects of the business is crucial for our success.

Rest assured, securing funding won't be a hurdle, and you'll have a significant equity share in the venture.

If you're ready to dive into this opportunity, send me a private message to discuss further.
