I know this old but just wanted to add this in there. This guy Mark is a SCAM! This is for anybody who reads this post from here on out. I fortunately did not get scammed and used my discernment to not participate in the claims and remarks he makes but did speak with him on the phone before he tried his same scheme that he uses with most people which is too smart/slick talk you into giving in a certain amount of money (after detailing you on what he has done, how people have schemed him blah blah) for some promises and then disappears. I am a stern and straightforward person so I don’t take crap which is why I’m letting other newbies to be BEWARE. Think I am joking follow this link to see what others have said that were actually scammed.

As I said I did NOT give any of my money and I was in a similar position where I wanted someone to guide and mentor me through my first deals and am still in that position but am willing to learn the ropes and make small risks to learn and grow from there. I AM GLAD if you did not hopefully, go through on this. Your hard earned money should be used on your investment as I will do with mine and not for some guy who wants 5000$ and has a history of scamming. Shame.

Hello everybody, 

I am a fairly new graduate. I have always wanted to get into real estate investing I have been reading about such since I was 18 (now 25). I am really looking for somebody who could possibly be a mentor, to show me the ropes, the groundwork and the knowledge that goes into investing. A mentor who could potentially  take me through the process and help me eventually get started on investing myself. I don’t make much, but I know there are other ways out there to start investing without much money down. This is something I truly want to get started on and I am reaching out for anyone who may be available to help me get started on this journey. I have interests in flipping, wholesaling  and with experience, eventually renting out homes. Much appreciated.
