I live in Fort Lauderdale. I am planning to buy a Single Family home by the end of the year and intend on "house hacking" (roommates). I want to put as little down as possible. I'm looking to find a lender who can work with me regarding an FHA loan so that I can, ideally, only put 3.5% down. I have a good credit score (but limited history). Please reach out!

I am currently acquiring on market properties but my clients would like to see more off-market properties. Does anyone know of any specific websites or ways that I could reach out to and connect with other wholesalers in my area? I looked on here but I wasn't able to find anything... I hope you're all having a good start to your week. I am looking to connect with investors and GCs in South East Florida. Our investment brokerage - Aurumys - just opened in down town Fort Lauderdale. Soon we expect to be doing 3-5 properties a week.

If anyone has some advice on how to best go about connecting with investors in the area, please let me know!
