I thank you all for the reply to my question I never did a lease option deal before, that's why I but it out there

to get some opinions to that question in case and most likely it will come up again, $50 is nothing to me what I wanted and prefer to do is put it all in my company's name  some how.

Owner has property for rent and is willing to sell property on lease option  which is great but the owner want a application filled out with $50 fee. right the deal is stalled because I am not giving him a $50 application fee My question is has any body run into this before how do you over come this objection? I am thinking of moving on. 

What would be a good title company to use that is investor friendly or can work with investors say in double closing

would Chicago Title be good ?
