Hi I am looking for multi-family properties in the Lima, Ohio and Findlay, Ohio areas and the surrounding areas. I am especially looking for 4-plexes but will also look at a good deal for single family up to 4-plex.

I'm currently reading multiple of Brandon's books about investing in rental property and investing with low money down.  I have listened to approximately half of the podcasts and listened to all of the Creating Wealth Podcast by Jason Hartman as well. 

There is a lot of money to made in dumpster rentals if its done the right way and if you get a large client base of contractors, builders, and remodelers. 

Any agents or investors that have multi-family homes or fixer upper homes in northwest ohio can message me and send pictures.  I have multiple successful businessmen and real estate investors in my family and extended family that could be interested.

Hey everybody!

I hope I can build relationships for real estate investing though BP.  As a young entrepreneur, I appreciate advice or tips from any experienced investors.  I am interested in multi-family homes in Northwest Ohio (Lima area).  I run a dumpster rental business and am very interested in contractors and fixer uppers who would need my services.
