 Hi Leandro, did you ever manage to get a response regarding hard money lenders in South Africa? 

I am currently looking for alternate funding to get an ADU up to start renting, and am finding it difficult to source investors within our borders. Let me know if you came right! Any information is helpful.

Hello,

I am currently in the process of building my first home (primary residence)

I have plans to build an ADU on the property to start renting out. Bank won't give me the amount to build both units off the bat, and I'm searching for an alternative way to finance the ADU until I can get renters in there and refinance the bond.

Any suggestions would help!
