Hello, Does anyone know of lenders in Ohio that are still only requiring 10% down for homepath loans? Thanks in advance!

Hello,

My LLC owns 2 apartment buildings (60 units and 35 units) that are going to experience a relatively significant loss this year after depreciation and expenses. I am a "high income earner" because of my income from work and have not been able to claim any losses from the apartments since owning them. Am i missing anything? Does anyone know any ways to capture any of these losses to bring my personal income down? I know that i can carry the losses forward but would love to claim it this year.

hi everyone,

My name is Nate Bartow, I've been a member for a while and have enjoyed many posts  written by others but have never posted myself. Does anyone know any good accountants in Stark or Summit county Ohio who is experienced with real estate investors? I own 2 apartment buildings 95 units and my current CPA is a very nice guy but not so experienced with real estate. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
