I don’t reside in Michigan and I have some rentals in Michigan that I would want to get insurance for. I called a few agents and told me they don’t offer any if I don’t reside in Michigan.

Investors outside of Michigan how did you get insurance for your properties?

I just moved out of state, WA, for a better job so I can pay down some debt. I'm planning to return back to IL. I just saw an apartment that I'd be interested to buy, however I'm wondering if I still can access a loan with 5% down?
