Is it possible to use your RRSP without penalty on a creative finance deal such as rent to own or subject to deals? I have a buyer with certain amount of cash but doesn't qualify for bank mortgage. Would be great to find a way to use her RRSP money without penalty.... or does that only work if you have a mortgage in your name? Cheers

Hi Andrew,

Congrats! Seems like you are producing pretty decent cash flow and your ROI looks good as a buy and hold. I'm curious what did you do for the $30,000 repairs and upgrades? And what did you end up doing with the property? Maybe you leveraged as planned and found a another property with better ratios to invest in? Let us know where you're at!
