I have an opportunity to purchase a 30 room hotel. I’m curious if anyone knows a website Revenue data for hotels like airDNA is for short term rentals?

From what I hear Huntsville is up and coming. How is the Airbnb market there? Any Short-term rental property managers in the area that can chime in on this? I’m interested in getting involved in that market?

Do you have your own residence yet? I don’t know your market but if your credit is good enough you might be able to get a mortgage with the 10k you got now. House hack it. Save up your money again make the house hacked a full rental and do it again. Build your empire! Make sure it will cash flow ofcourse. @Corey McMahon

I’m in the Nashville market. But have a property in the Asheville NC market aswell and pretty familiar with that market.

Wanting to grow my cash reserves! Already have some buy and holds. I'm pretty conservative so like having higher equity when getting a buy and hold. Dont have time to manage a flip or brrrr. Is the right thinking to get a partner? I get the funds they manage the rehab/project?
