Hello,

I'm a newbie investor with 1 LTR and looking into getting into a STR. I have been using a property manager for my LTR and have enjoyed the hands-off nature and would like to experience that with a STR if at all possible. I've looked into Rabbu as a company and they offer what looks like good analyses of STR's. Wondering if anyone has any experience using their management team for STR's and could let me know how your experience has been or is going? Thanks.

@Kristopher Kyzar Hey, Im currently stationed in Goose Creek on shore duty. Glad to see you've had some success in this area. I have a LTR back at my sea tour location in GA, but Im very interested in investing in Goose Creek,Summerville, Ladson area. Preferably a house hack. Have you had good experience with the wholesaler you've used?
