We bought our old house 2 years ago for 270k.

60k in equity.

Just bought a new house for 455k.

Should or can we use seller financing on the old house?

My name is Caleb Stevens and I'm excited to keep learning about real estate on BP! My wife and I live in North Richland Hills, TX. (DFW area). And we'd like to continue our BRRRR education and start looking into single family homes. We've bought the books, we're knee deep in the podcasts, and we're trying to find the guts to buy the first house.
