@Rick Baggenstoss That's a lot of what I'm going to tell them too! I will definitely make sure they know your name! Every one who posts here will have there name and question sent to the companies.

I agree that Cozy should update their dashboard. I really like Stessa's dashboard and how it looks, and the data they have on it. I also think they should add a place inside your account to store maintenance contacts, like your plumber or handyman, and be able to alert them through Cozy about my needed repair.

I think Cozy should also integrate with Happy Inspector. A super helpful app landlords and contractors use for inspections and repairs. It allows both parties to communicate with each other.

I'm very surprised the "Intelligent Investor" isn't on this list?

But don't worry, you just missed adding the greatest investing book ever written. But that's okay. :)

Let me clarify that Cozy and Buildium are NOT integrating with each other. Stessa is integrating with both of them. But, all three companies would like to know what INVESTORS would like updated, or a new feature that would be nice to have on their software that they can build while they're  integrating with Stessa.

Even though it's still in the planning phase, they would like to know before they start the process.

Hi,

Stessa is looking to integrate with Cozy and Buildium. And Stessa wanted me to ask what investors are looking for when they integrate with them. Cozy and Buildium would like to know too.

I'm collecting all of the requests from investors. And will send it to them within a week.

So, if there are any updates that you would like Cozy or Buildium to do, say so now. Or, what do you want to see after Stessa integrates with Cozy and Buildium?

(Your requests in this form will be sent to the developers of both Stessa, Cozy and Buildium, and will be considered as a possible update)

I don't work for any of these comapnies, if your wondering. I was just chatting with an employee of Stessa's, and convinced them to start integrating with these companies to enhance the investors experience on both Cozy and Buildium!

Write away!

Most, if not all of the property management software's out there have a built in FREE back-round checker, that they integrated in through companies like Checkr. I know that Cozy and others have this built in as a free integration.

I recommend you use Cozy. It's free and has so many other benefits for managing properties! Cozy.co

Or, just use companies like Checkr by themselves. Although, it's cheaper to use Cozy, and more efficient.

@Brian Van Pelt After reading it, I'm still slightly confused. Not quite sure what it is. Is it really wholesaling? It sounds like wholesaling with a twist.

@Faisal Khan Have you ever considered getting a property management company? Or do you want to manage all of them yourself?

Both ways have there advantages and disadvantages, but I think a property management company would be a great asset and save you time and even money in the long run.

If your in Texas, I have some great suggestions for property management companies if your interested?

Are you going to keep building up your units?

Hi,

Does anyone know what exactly AstroFlipping is? I listened to the case study of Josiah Grimes on the collapse of wholesaling: https://www.astroflipping.com/... and he said that wholesaling is collapsing, which I find really hard to believe.

Does anyone know what it is or what the difference is between astroflipping and wholesaling? It looks like a know strategy for real estate that's like wholesaling, but easier and you can turn 1 deal into 50 deals (at least that's the theory, or something like that).

I wanted to bring it to the BP community, so you guys could rip it apart and explain it for me. ;)

Thanks  a lot,

Caleb Leal

@Lydia R.@Brandon Turner, do you know anything about this? Is it a real estate strategy?
