Newbie investor here, I am soon going to buy my first duplex as a house hack with an fha loan. My question is what is the fastest way to get the next one financing wise? After I use that fha do I have to save up 20% for all properties after that or is there a way around that ? I intend to buy and hold properties for the most part.
