I agree, I just put down no utility costs just as mostly an example, I was never too interested in the property itself

Hello, my is Caleb Garnett and I have no experience, therefor I have never purchased a property for investment purposes. Anybody experienced in the game and has had partnerships in the past and looking for low risked individuals are probably going to ignore this message but anybody, and I mean anybody who is not or currently satisfied with their ROIs, 401Ks, or IRAs, are more than welcome to react out to me, if you want to know more about Multifamily rentals, that is my main investing focus currently, so I'm an open book. Thank you to anyone who gives me the time of day.

P.S. I'm not looking for advice on where to begin my journey, I've researching for quite some time now.

Financial freedom, but I already know how to get it will just take longer than I would prefer, such is life. If you're talking about strategy then it is simply to rent long-term, nothing else.

Hmm, you're right, can't do anything else now, well on to job hunting again, appreciate the advice.

To your last questions, answer is none, my intent is not to look for a j.o.b. right now, but anyways, my own question has already been answered. It is impossible for to even be in this industry right now thank, anyways for the attempted answer.

I do like your response sir, but effectively I have no one to count one through this, I suppose the best answer for me would be to give up and then re-up after two years finding some other income in the meantime. I HOPE I did not sound condescending in my comments, truly.

This I believe this to be an honest question, is it impossible to acquire large amounts of loans anywhere if you have a relatively new credit card account, and no income for the last 12 months? If it is, then what should I do, and no one say get a job, I've tried that already, why do you think I am here in these forums. Also I am not a protected veteran, so this is just in case anyone asks about those options/possibilities. I thank anyone who takes time out of their day to read this post, again Thank you.

I am looking at other properties at this time as well, in case I change my direction.

Specifically looking for Multi-family properties anywhere between 2 to 4 rooms in the Houston, TX area, property should be anywhere between 100K & 250K. Thank you for your time.
