So I've got a couple that wants to rent out a house from us, one is in town and is able to sign tomorrow, the other is out of town for a while but can sign, scan and email a copy back to me tomorrow is well. Is this legally binding or does both parties need to sign in person? Any help is appreciated, I've never had to deal with this in the past. Thanks

Thanks again everyone!

Michele, yes, I spend a lot of my drive time listening to podcasts. I really enjoyed listening to yours. I would love to meet up for coffee after the holiday madness ends.

Hi all!

My name is Caleb and I live in Kelso, Wa with my wife and 7 mo. old daughter. I'm a CAD Detailer/Designer/Field Engineer for a large local Industrial General Contractor. We currently have one rental and finishing up our accidental live in flip. We bought it as a primary but just recently decided the profits would be too hard to pass up. We plan on selling next Spring/Summer, then reinvesting the money back into more investment properties and do some house hacking while we get the ball rolling and build up our portfolio.

I'm greatly interested in learning as much as I can regarding REI and I'd like to find local meetings, investors and positive like-minded people to discuss real estate and investing in general. So, if you read this and you're nearby, lets meet up.

Lastly, My hat's off to Josh, Brandon and BP team for making such an amazing site. I've spent a considerable amount of time on here in the last few weeks of discovering this site and it’s helped me tremendously. Not only are your Podcasts informational but entertaining too and I don't know how you've done it but all the forums I've read have been upbeat and constructive, even if there's a negative comment, someone puts an end to it really quick - that's hard to come by these days. Keep it up and thank you!
