Hello, I have a 3 bedroom 1.25 bathroom single family house in Cleveland near Lee rd w/2 car garage that we are looking to sell. We are doing renovations right now but are very close finishing the rehab. We are looking to sell now AS-IS before the before renovation is complete.

* Asking price is as-is before complete renovation. Willing to negotiate.

* Pictures available and willing to show the property.

* Property is free and clear with no liens

* Estimated rent ~ $725 - 750

* Estimate cost left for investor to complete rehab.  ~$6000

Send me a message or text/call me.

Hi my wife and I recently bought a house in Cleveland, Ohio to to renovate and sell to an investor or cash buyer. It’s a very solid house and neighbors have already shown interest in renting. My question is, am I able to advertise the property on bigger pockets? I am a new investor. Our first property is a flip until we are able to get a multi family in our ideal location.

@Eric Brady I'm from Tacoma and a true fan of the Seahawks so you know where I got the phrase from! Lol. Do you have advice on how you put your money to work?

@Marc Faulkner thanks for your help Marc I will make sure I get some postcards or notes to put on the properties. I really like your advice of talking to neighbors. Also, when I googled the address of the properties most showed up on Zillow and redfin etc. This does not mean they are already under contract and not touchable does it?

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to get a good understanding on driving for dollars. I drove around my neighborhood and found some properties that looked like they were in pretty bad shape compared to the other homes in the neighborhood. Out of the 13 properties I wrote down only 3 looked vacant. I did not go up to the doors due to snow but the 3 vacant looking properties had signs on the doors or windows which gave the me the impression that they were vacant. The other 10 properties were in very bad shape but had signs that someone may be living in them. Can I and should I send them a postcard and include the properties on my list? Do you only target homes that have vacant signs?

Thanks

Hello Everyone,

My name is Caleb Ellis and I am a full time teacher and now part-time wholesaler in the DC Metro area. I recently decided to pursue my long time dream of getting involved in real estate. After self-educating through meetings, books, videos, and blogs over the past month I have decided that I want to focus on wholesaling properties before doing rehabs and holding.

I am looking to learn from people on the website and also network with wholesalers and buyers. I want to use this site to share my journey as I start on my trek of becoming a successful real estate investor. I hope to connect with genuine, honest, people that share some of the same passions as I have. As I learn and grow I help I can help others become successful in this community and I hope others will help me along my journey so that I too may gain success in my business.

Cheers and lets network!
