So I'm getting calls from NOD's that we are marketing directly to. I'm wondering what you are communicating to the homeowner on the initial call to get them interested in working with you to SS their house.

I have my first "package" gathered and ready to submit to my negotiator. Under the "Print Name" do I sign my name or my LLC's name? Obv, I sign under the Signature section.

When you are working directly with homeowners on SS'ing their house, what are you finding is preventing them from signing your Option Contract more than anything else?

I'm just starting out and I'm targeting Realtors to bring me SS deals. When a Realtor as a new SS client does the Realtor have to put he property on the MLS for the homeowner? I'm thinking that if it is listed then I've have competition when I don't want it. Can I negotiate with lender without the property being listed?
