@Johnny Hastings Thanks for your detailed reply. It looks like I can have some issues with the well. Maybe not so much with the septic tank if there is regular maintenance involved.

What are the pros and cons on investing in a new construction that has a well and septic tank. It’s not in city sewer. What are the long-term risks and costs?
