Drago (cool name, btw) thank you for this.  Initial thoughts revolved around this structure, specifically 50/50 but its a great reinforcement to hear it.

Both partners have capital to deploy. Both have real estate experience. However, one has the credit score while the other has the rehab IQ… how would you structure the deal between two partners for starting out?

Newbie to the real estate market.  Currently in the middle of aligning with a real estate broker while also looking for my first home purchase in the form of a double/ duplex/ investment property.
