@Leryda Vazquez What area of New England do you live in? The home I recently purchased is in the Southern/Seacoast area of NH (approximately 18 minutes from the nearest hospital). I am torn between renting it to a long-term tenant or giving the traveling nurse option a real shot. I just don't know if there truly is a market for it around this area. I don't know enough people doing it or that have experience with it to gauge if this is the best idea.

Hi all.

I recently purchased a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom single family home on its own land in southern/seacoast of NH. I originally purchased this to owner occupy but, as I begin renovations, I am reconsidering renting it out. I have heard a lot of good things about renting to traveling nurses. Does anyone have any experience with this?  The nearest hospital from the property is approximately 18 minutes away. I am looking to connect with anyone who has experience with this. Thank you!!!

Hi @Drew Sygit. Thank you for your response. I do know that in NH you have to be a licensed real estate agent (not a Broker). So, I have that under my belt. What I do not know is how this interferes with my job as a Realtor, hanging my license under a brokerage. I will be having this discussion with my Broker to confirm. I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. Also, thank you for the software recommendations. Have you ever heard of innago? If so, what are your thoughts or experiences with it?

Hi all!

I am a licensed Realtor in the state of NH & ME. I am currently in the process of starting a side business doing property management. This all started with a buyer client of mine who purchased a few investment properties. Anyways, I am new to the PM side of real estate and could use all the advice I can get. After speaking with some people in the industry, they made it clear that getting my hands on good software is key and really is the first step! Can anyone please recommend the best property management software? Is there an all-in-one that not only tracks rents but, also handles background checks, credit checks, employment verification, etc? It would also be helpful if you could simply list all the software you personally use to run your PM business and tell me what you are using it for specifically. Thank you so much!!! :)

Hey everyone! I'm new here to BiggerPockets. I am a full-time Realtor in NH & ME. A few months ago I started attending a local investors meeting and have become obsessed with learning about real estate wholesaling. As a result, I have been meeting with other wholesalers and picking their brains to see how they run their business. Every wholesaler I have spoken with talks about skip tracing. I would like everyone's opinion on their experiences with skip tracing and which ones you have had the most success with? Thank you so much :)
