@Peter MacKercher Yes I have bee listening to the Podcast everyday since I heard about it last week! I also finished the infamous book "Rich Day Poor Day".

@Megan Greathouse Thank you for the heads up on the Happy Hour. I will see if either of us can make it.

@Kyle Eckert Thank you for your response! Yes suspects meaning tenants. I'm use to calling them clients, lol, so bare with me as i learn the vocab. I would love some more information about the rentulation company.

Hey everyone thank you for all our responses!!! This is all very helpful. Since this is our first property I think we are going to try to self manage. Once we continue to grow our portfolio we will want to rely on a PM company.

My husband and I are new to the real estate game but have run our own independent small businesses for years. He is a tattoo artist and I am a hairstylist. Our companies are running smoothly and on track with our goals. With our extra income we are now ready to dive into real estate! We are closing on out first deal June 1st in the South City, St. Louis area, single family home. With that being said I am interested on any opinions/ suggestions you all might have for a property photographer and background checking company. I was also wondering how you all suggest we answer potential suspects during our business hours considering that while we are with our clients are hands aren't free to answer the phone, literally.

Looking forward to getting some feed back and connecting.

My husband and I are new to the BP and new to the real estate industry. We are both in the service industry, owning our busisnesses (hairstylist and tattoo artist), and are making decent money. We are excited to invest in our future and are in the middle of closing our first deal. Look forward to connecting with all of you!
