@Craig Curelop

Hello Craig,

Thank you for taking the time to respond to my question! Your name sounded very familiar...  and that's because I listened to your interview on the BP RE Podcast, haha! I will take into consideration everything you have put forth. Thanks for all the great advice!

@Whitney Hutten

Hello Whitney,

Thank you for taking the time to respond to my question! To be quite frank whitney, my parents do not have a lot of money due to lots of debt. However, I was thinking about getting another job because I lost my previous  job due to the pandemic. My ideas consisted of: Sales, RE Agent, Wholesaling, Property management. With a goal in mind to build more capital and gain more experience in real estate. What do you think?

@Daniel Haberkost

Hello Daniel, thank you for taking the time to respond to my question. However, in regards to the questions you had for me, because of college I didn't feel comfortable working full time. Now, I was working part time as a server before I lost my job due to the recent pandemic. So, I'm not sure, should I find a new job in the meantime & increase my savings and education even more throughout the summer?

And Yes! I plan to join some local REIA's as soon as Covid-19 is over and they let us go back out!

Hello, my name is Caden McBride and I reside in San Antonio TX. I'm currently 19 years old, in college, & living with my grandparents. I want to start building wealth through real estate. I have also, been listening to the BiggerPockets Real Estate Podcast for a few months now. I've also read a few books like "rich dad poor dad", "Why we want you to be rich", & "The richest man in Babylon". I watched hours of YouTube videos & I have a good basic understanding of real estate. My short term goal is to build about $4,000 per month in passive income.  Now, my question for you all is, what do you guys think the best steps are to achieve that? (Flip in Fix, Buy and hold, airbnb, Comercial, single family, Wholesaling) Thank you!

Just some basic info about me:
