Does anyone have any recommendations for a crm good for wholesaling?

Thanks for the tip(s)! So first establish buyers then start seeking properties

Whats the biggest challenges when starting wholesaling im starting and i need some tips.

Im interested in getting started wholesaling in the houston tx area. I have a few marketing ideas that if like to get up and going but need to gain some capital first in order to finance those. Was wondering if the market is good enough right now for wholesaling and wanting advice/opinions from others about getting started. Thanks for your input its greatly appreciated
