Hello all! Is it possible to do a double closing with a conventional loan method such as if the client goes through the bank or fannie mae or would it even be possible to have a deal like this assignable at all? If so, what steps would be different from me having a cash buyer for the property? Thanks for your answers everyone! It is much appreciated.

I appreciate all who responded to this post. The houses are in subdivisions and regular neighbors. Since the peak of interest in real estate investing it seems as though thats all i see. I will follow the advice given and follow up on the homes I have come across. Thanks again everyone.

Hello all who respond and read. I have come across an entire subdivision with the exception of a few houses that are in the process of preforeclosure or foreclosure. What steps would i be able to take to wholesale these homes? I know its opportunity in this somewhere. right? thanks in advance for your responses and help.

I found out why the house has the marshall sign. It was a meth lab and someone was murdered in it as well. Looking at the neighborhood never would have thought but in todays times everything is possible.

Hello Jeff! I had a chance to drive back by the property and it's a US Marshall sign as well as No trespassing. I can only assume that maybe the previous owners got busted for drugs or something. Is this something I could pursue? If so, what steps would you recommend I take?

I was riding through neighbors and noticed a Marshall sign on an abandon house. Could this be a potential wholesale deal? If so, would be the steps I would take to make this happen. Any an all advice is welcome. Thanks everyone!
