Hello folks! I am a complete newb that just finished up a 3 day Formula Flipping seminar in Orlando and very excited to get this off the ground. I am from Central NJ and been down here for 1 year now and see great opportunity that I can build wealth with. My partner and I have come to the realization that what we are doing currently we will never be able to retire comfortably and while we are still young (35 & 38) we wish to change the path to something greater. I am still soaking in all of the information that we learned, it was a great seminar and would love to continue the education with them but unable to do the financing right now so here I am. This seems like a great resource for information that will get us going comfortably off the ground with most likely wholesaling in the beginning then to rehabbing and flipping.
