@Dennis Poulsen,

I am taking the course at Fairfax Reality in Annadale on Little River.

Thanks for the welcome!

Hi BP Family,

I am a Cyber Security Engineer by trade and I have always had a desire to become a real estate investor. At first, I took a guru course (which I do not recommend), that lead me on a path to searching for the tools that I needed to become informed without letting them trick me into taking my money. I've read books like Think and Grow Rich, Rich Dad Poor Dad, The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, and every BP article/Podcast that I've come across. I am now registered to take the VA real estate course followed by the exam. My goal is to at least have the real estate book read before classes start, which is in less than 3 weeks. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can better prepare for the exam? Or if there is anywhere that I can take some practice exams?

Thanks,
Krizzio Washington | Future Real estate Investor :)
