Hi I was looking for someone in the Phoenix or Tucson area to give me some estimates of $/sqft. rehabbing prices.  I have heard anywhere from $10/sqft up to $50 so was hoping to gauge a few different scenarios. (ie., amount of work/type of repairs, etc.)
