Yep, do all the research you can on lease option assignments. Getting into positive cashflow as quickly as possible is just the smartest way to start. And then once you've mastered that, you can start adding to your foundation.

Yes I do, but I also do this in the US.

Quick tip: The absolute best way to start increasing capital to invest in other more long term strategies, is to start doing lease option assignments. They're the fastest and safest way to start generating immediate positive cashflow, and you don't have to discount people's properties. You just give them what they want. Those deals are everywhere out there. Wholesaling should also be a part of your plan, but I wouldn't focus on those.

Yes, I'm also an Illusionist (kinda like Criss Angel and Derren Brown) and I've been very passionate about it since I was 6 years old.

A few years ago, I used to work in a restaurant where I used to entertain people by reading their minds and bending their spoons and forks with my mind lol

It was fun, but I was still trading time for money, which is something that I always deeply despised. So I went on a mission to learn everything I could about wealth creation, and how rich people play the game.

There's no better feeling than doing what you love and enjoying life while the money is working really hard for me whether I work or not - That's the real magic!
