Hello BP community!

My name is Buddy and I am a first time buyer interested in duplex and triplexes in the following cities: Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, and Scottsdale. I have been doing research and scouting out properties on the MLS and driving to properties. I am looking for a property with around 850 to 1100 sqft per unit and my price range is between $250,000 and $325,000. The lease is up at my apartment in September so I am looking to pull the trigger on a great deal by July or August. Thank you for your time and let me know what I can do to help you as well!

Thanks for the offer but I am currently focused on obtaining a multiplex before I start learning about flipping houses. I need to stop renting at my apartment and preserve my capital. Flipping sounds interesting, let me know how it works out for you!

Thanks Denny! I live close by on Dobson and Pecos near the Chandler mall. My biggest goal currently is to find a multiplex to move into when my apartment lease expires in September. Is this a good idea? What are your hours in the office? I would love to meet you in person this week. Have a goodnight!
