Hi All,

I am looking at finaincing and rehabbing a current 10unit 5bdrm per unit building into a ch-share/pad split style property. I am wondering if anyone has used a lender who has experience with finaincing on these types of properties?

Thanks for the help!

Hi All,

We are looking for an investor minded real estate agent, preferably one that invests themselves in the Greenbay/ NE Wisconsin region.

Thanks for the Help!

Hi All,

I recently moved to the Fox Valley area and am looking for local lenders who are willing to work with investors and think outside the box on financing. I currently have found one through good ol internet searches and calling around to local credit unions and banks. Just curious if anyone in the area has insight on this, as it seems lending may get tighter given the current Covid situation!

Thanks for the help

Buck

Are you planning to keep investing in the fox valley area?

Yes we plan to continue to invest in the Fox Valley and surrounding areas. Currently our first purchase is about 1.5hrs away  just north of Madison where we lived previously and house hacked for 2.5 years. So when I say surrounding areas I would consider investing in the northern outlying madison areas as well. Thanks for the warm welcomes!

Great, Thanks for all the info Nick!

Hi All,

My girlfriend and I are new to the Fox Valley area from the Madison area. We are excited to connect and build relationships with like minded individuals. We are also looking for some local creative financing options. We currently own 2 doors that we have had for 3 years, so we are still getting our feet wet!
