Thanks for the input... it's from a company called strategic freedom funding in Cleveland. They fund deals that have a 70% ltv on purchase and rehab... My offer was rejected by the listing agent.  What happens when I find another great deal and I find a relative or different private lender to give me the funds and the bank or listing agent says the funds need to be in my own name....

Hello:  I have a 500k proof of funds letter from a lending company based in Cleveland. I went to submit an offer and the Agent says that she cannot accept my offer because the funds aren't in a bank account in my name... what can I do to solve this issue?  Thanks, Scott
