No one has really connected as far as I know. Were you able to actually collect on the judgement against him? I won as well but he still has not responded to request to pay the court orders. Unfortunately I am in California so it makes it a little difficult. I'd take a trip down to persuade him but then I would be the one in trouble for expecting the idiot to actually be a man and hold his end of a deal.

Quote from @Greg Weber:

Has anyone done business with or have experience with Teshaw Robinson of Sonder Felicity?

To who this may concern,

To discuss any matter in depth
You can reach me directly at my email on my profile page(biggerpockets wouldn't allow me to comment with my email here). Please include this subject line " (your name/date/subject)" and I'll respond directly to it.

Apologies if I've been hard to reach. My customer service sector manages a lot of my internal affairs and we've undergone many changes during this ongoing pandemic that have disrupted business. Let's get on the right track.

Statement:

I'm 1 of dozens of partners involved in a transaction at any given time. There are a multitude of roles, stages, and responsibilities for each and every unique project. We don't practice discussing the details of private transactions publicly, thats just not good business.

Whether your statements are true or false, whether we have evidence to support or deny a claim, it will never be something blasted on the internet. It's not our professional practice. Not when there are so many alternative methods of engagement towards resolve of which past clients have appreciated. We intent to uphold a level of professionalism that gravitates towards growth.

My contact information is available to discuss matters privately.

Sincerely,

Teshaw Robinson - CEO

This guy is a joke and has no business morals or values. Rips off everyone and finds an excuse for everything. Doesn't even show up for court when I served him. Teshaws , go ahead and give me a current contact to communicate with you privately if you need a reminder of your ignorance in business.

Yes. Please contact me on here before you do any business with him. Or if you want to ignore me and not have a conversation just simply run away as fast as you can from that guy. I would really appreciate it though if you and i could have at least a little chat. Teshaw has changed his number 4 times in the last year.....there is a reason for that. Now i can no longer get a hold of him.

Hello fellow seasoned investors and bank reo specialists! My name is Brad and I am awaiting a response from an REO sale. This particular property is a duplex in Southern CA from DEUTSCHE BK national trust. I have listened to so many pod casts that I cannot reference to which I had heard such recommendation but I do remember one interviewee saying that they put together an action plan of what they planned to do with the property once obtained and that the bank accepted their offer even though in was a considerable amount lower than other offers with same terms because they submitted plans with their offer. Has anyone else ever heard or experienced this personally? If so, any advice as to what information I would put together to create such a packet/plan to present along with my offer? This will be a great buy and hold opportunity for me and it seems like these are becoming rare in So Cal sonI really want to do whatever i can to pad my chances with the exception of somply offering more because I cant offer more at this time. Thank you in advance to anyone who may be able to offer any advise or help on this one!

Hello everyone! So it has been a while since I have been on the site and I am still in the very early, newbie, stages of investing. I do have a website set up to try and generate leads. Not much success as of late, however I did get a lead on some possible land sales. Does anyone know the best way to try and seek out individuals whom invest in vacant land? There are 2 plots in Texas and one in Georgia. I am waiting to get further info from the seller as we have been playing a bit of phone tag. I really do not have much desire for vacant land but would love to connect with someone who does to see if we can create a win win win situation here. Let me know if any suggestions on how to find investors of vacant land. Thank you in advance to anyone who comments.
