Greetings, I am looking to put a property under contract of a person that just passed away. I am working with her nephew and he mentioned that he believes there is a reverse mortgage on the property. What is the next step for me? Is there a way for me to still put this under contract? Thanks for the responses!

Good morning BP family, I am creating a postcard list and I am looking through an obituary database. I plan on mailing most of the people on the list. Is there a more proficient way of narrowing down the list (key words?). I am open to all advise. Peace

My wife and I are new real estate investors in DC, we have started our LLC and we are prepared to do what it takes.
