@Cornelius Charles

Appreciate the feed back. I will continue to strive to learn all I can in order to obtain my first REI goal, which is to sell an "assignment" by 2018. I'm sure I can do it. I just have to "jump"!!!

Thank You!

 How are you doing sir? Any success in the business in Hawai'i? I am an NCO in the Army and will be getting stationed in Hawai'i come Sept2017. Any advice?

If I could go back I would find BP sooner, get my RE license sooner, and use the chat for a down payment on a cheap flip or rental.

 So the Fortune Builder program did not help at all? I am attending the 3 day workshop in august2017. Any tips I should pay attention to or questions I should ask?

Mahalo for all the great feed back and motivating words. How has business been going? Currently I have been searching and trying to gain knowledge about real estate investing. I know Hawai'i will be hard to do so because it's such a small island and prices are ridiculous. I am searching for a mentor. Any suggestions or recommendations?

Let me ask around and I will get back to you with some recommendations. I'm currently active duty army. I am born and raised on the island of Oahu (Mililani) but currently stationed in Florida. I will be getting stationed back on the island come September of 2017. But I'll ask around with some of my realtor buddies and I'll get back to you brotha! Anything in specific you want me to ask?

Aloha BP members!

I was born and raised on the island of Oahu, Hi. I am currently active military and have been pushing through for 8 years now. I have no experience in real estate what-so-ever! I am looking to be a "First-Time Home Buyer" here shortly. I will be getting stationed at Fort Shafter, Hi. and looking to purchase a place in A'iea/Salt Lake/Town area. Hope to meet like minded individuals with ambitions to take over the world. (kidding).
