Finally I've made it to Virginia Beach, Norfolk, And Hamptons areas! And it's time I take the next step and make action happen.
So I've been studying, reading the book, and listening to the podcasts to not have already taken action. I recently have moved to Virginia with all intentions to pull the trigger on my real estate investing journey. I understand that you will never stop learning, but you could be the smartest person in the world and studied every subject there is, problem is if you never decide to use it what's it good for.
So here I am, waiting to be "ready" but I'm as ready as I'll ever be.
