@Brandon L. Nothing at all honestly, I'm just using the military, I pay nothing and get more money... I understand that I'm building no equity in a home and things but I guess its the question why buy when I dont really have to...

@Brandon L. So currently I have no home I've rented or bought and funny thing is that so many quit that led me to finally chose that I wanted to do it. It to me means it's not easy and another challenge I'd love to face.

Finally I've made it to Virginia Beach, Norfolk, And Hamptons areas! And it's time I take the next step and make action happen. So I've been studying, reading the book, and listening to the podcasts to not have already taken action. I recently have moved to Virginia with all intentions to pull the trigger on my real estate investing journey. I understand that you will never stop learning, but you could be the smartest person in the world and studied every subject there is, problem is if you never decide to use it what's it good for. So here I am, waiting to be "ready" but I'm as ready as I'll ever be. My intentions are to begin in wholesaling, yes I get it most start and quit but quitting isnt a option for me I have to grind to get where I wanna be and I'm willing to do whatever I have to do to get there.
