Hello All

First off, let me say thank you for taking time out to help me. I'm looking to start building a relationship with a Property Management team in Pittsburgh PA. I will visiting the Pittsburgh area in May to learn more about Pittsburgh neighborhoods and meet with TJ Bencho from Aurora Real Estate Investment Services. I fully intend on investing in Real Estate in Pittsburgh in 2019.

Does anyone have any good recommendations for a Property Management company? I reached out to Real Property Management Pittsburgh, but I'm waiting for a response back. Any suggestions you provide would be greatly appreciated.

Received my statement, but still no payout.

I'm also having trouble with Mack. I was in contract with them on a property when I found out about their chapter 11 filing so I decided to back out of the deal. Now I'm having trouble with getting my deposit back. I have documentation from Mack stating they owe me money, but I can't get anyone to tell me when I will be refunded.

Any suggestions on what I should do next?

Hello Everyone,

I have mixed reviews with Mack. My wife and I recently purchased our first investment property from Mack a couple of months back. We used a mortgage broker Mack recommended to us. Let's just say the deal got done, but will not use the same mortgage broker moving forward. If you are looking to invest with Mack I would highly recommend you visit their operation before investing. Some of the areas Mack invest in are in some really bad areas of Chicago. Mack makes sure to steer you clear of those areas during the tour. The rental property we purchased is cash flowing nicely, but Mack needs to improve on their communication.

I've been thinking about getting into Real Estate ever since my father sold his home and made huge returns. My goal is to buy my first rental property by Q4 of 2016 if not sooner. I'm working towards creating a business model that helps keep me focused so emotions don't get in the way of smart decisions. My long term goal is to retire 15 years from now. I believe investing in Real Estate will help me achieve this goal.
