Hello, I am a new 19 year old real estate investor from Wisconsin. I am heading to Denver for about a week to visit some friends and I was thinking it would be a great opportunity to gain some knowledge from some of the local Denver investors. Please contact me if you or someone you know is in the Denver area and would be interested in going out for coffee, lunch, etc.

@Lien Vuong

I’ll look into it. Thank you!

@Filipe Pereira

Awesome, thank you!

Hello everyone, I am an 18 year old college student looking to learn more about real estate. I have been listening to the bigger pockets podcast for about a year now and real estate fascinates me. That being said, I am unfamiliar with a lot of the terms and processes that are mentioned. I am currently on Christmas break and I thought it would be a good opportunity to find some good books and/or YouTube channels to learn from.

Hello, my name is Bryce and I’m an 18 year old from Green Bay, Wisconsin. I’ve always been fascinated with the construction of objects. Legos, Lincoln logs, or 2 by 4s it all amazed me. As I go into my first year of college I am entering undecided. My dream job would be to build a company that does custom homes, renovations, and flips. I’ve been listening to bigger pockets for about a year now and the real estate business is also something I would like to intermingle with my construction. My biggest question right now is which direction I should go for college. I’ve heard some people say go for business and others say go and find a company to work for. Any advice?
