I have not put the properties under contract yet but I got a call this morning and a seller wants to sell 10 properties as a package deal. I talked to my "Mentor" about it and I got all of the deals for him and some cash buyers on the side that I could possibly use. My question is, what should my percentage be between me and my mentor if I did all of the work? He said 70 30 split with me getting 30.
