I’m looking for a hard money loan to acquire an RV park alongside seller financing and was looking at this company. I see you guys are having issues as investors, wondering if anyone has had experience on the consumer side?

Hey Ken,

I do have a rotating schedule and can also handle most things while at work. My plan would be to acquire assets that would eventually replace my fire department income so I can transition into investing full time. I have a couple of single family homes that I rent out but continuing that process is too slow for me and would like to acquire an RV or MHP.

Hello my name is Bryce and I'm currently a full time fire fighter and part time SFH investor with a couple properties under my belt.
