Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you as well!!  I am very new to real estate investing so here are a few of my goals in 2021:

1: Read a book a week

2: Analyze a deal a day

3: Purchase a house hacking property in late 2021

I am just starting out in real estate investing and I am looking for a few book recommendations!!  I have read, The House Hacking Strategy by Craig Curelop and am currently reading The Book on Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner.  Any other good real estate or house hacking books?

Hello everyone!!  My name is Bryce Littler.  I am 19 years old and a freshman at Iowa State University studying Finance.  I first started getting into BP when I came across the podcast.  Since then I have been hooked.  Many podcasts and a few books later, I decided to join the community.  I have very little background in real estate, but I am very eager to learn.
