Hello all, I am currently working on a wholesale deal that I am ready to assign. Currently all buyers that are interested in the deal want to use conventional financing however. Can I do that? I know most lenders will not approve an assignment of contract fee. Can the buyer pay me cash for the assignment fee and then finance the rest of the deal? Looking for advice on how to structure it properly. Thanks!
