Hello Corby,

When you say the HELOC benefits far outweigh HEL are you speaking of the HE agreement? If so what ways does it far outweigh it? With the equity agreement nothing changes to the rates of the current mortgage and it's much easier to get approved. But obviously the main downside is giving up equity that would benefit your future wealth.

Hi guys, I’m considering trying a home equity sharing agreement to get some cash from the equity in my home.
Would you try something else before going that route? And what company/bank do you think gives the best opportunity/deal all things considered?

Thank you,

Bryan

I’m interested in doing one of those equity investments where they give you a certain percentage of the equity in your home and you pay it back any time if the future when you move and your home sells.
What are best corporations or banks to use for this? The ones with the overall best deals, with all factors considered.

Thank you,

Bryan
