Thanks everyone for your interest!

My Apologies for not being active over the weekend. We had to do some unplanned car shopping. We'll have to finish it when we return I suppose.

I've spoken to folks at the Range Restaurant at the Renaissance Hotel Downtown.

They would be glad to have us hang out with them.  My wife Dana and I will be there at 1 PM.

I confirmed that we won't be in the middle of a wedding reception or anything like that but they couldn't tell me how busy/not they expected to be this Thursday.

Anyone is welcome to come join in the discussion. Please just "RSVP" here by tagging me and saying, "I'm in +1" or something similar so I can try to have a head count.  The restaurant asked that they get a warning if we're expecting more than 10 people so they can bring in another waitstaff. 

We're looking forward to seeing everyone and meeting new folks!

My wife and I are flying out to Denver next week and looking to meet up with other members while in town. Any meetups going on out there? Or is someone who knows the area and investing environment interested in meeting for lunch to talk about your home town?

We're taking this exploratory trip to see how we like the area and to get an idea of the lay of the land, which neighborhoods are what etc.

If you're free on 2/9/17 send us a response.

Alternately, how many folks might be interested in an afternoon meetup for coffee or cocktail? Getting to meet a few real estate minded folks from the area would be a hoot!

If you're interested in House Hacking, Airbnb, flipping, live in flips, rehabbing, duplexes, quads, or have other interesting strategies in Denver or other nearby Colorado areas speak up and join the thread!
