I'm not sure if this applies to your area but I have found the manufacturing facilities and nuclear plant have scheduled shut downs for maintenance and often time bring specialized crews in to preform the work.  I know Duke Energy has maintenance shutdowns where the corporation rents housing on a monthly basis each year.   Just another avenue to fill the vacancy

Best of luck!!

Hello Mary Anne,

I'm an full time investor in Raleigh and the surrounding area.  This is a remarkable city with many opportunities but as others have said the inventory is low and its very competitive.  I have done a number of flips in the Raleigh area and I have found being extremely creative in your property search is key to finding property in an area with low inventory.   I have also done flips in the areas near Wilmington as well.  The properties in this area are easier to come by if you do a well organized marketing campaign.  In short, Raleigh is a city with tremendous commerce which brings opportunities in all facets of business and investing.

We have finally ran into a situation where we have too many properties on the market, projects in progress and in need of short-term bridge financing to continue the growth of our company.  Can someone provide some advice on where to obtain bridge financing or find quality financing partners to help with business growth?  Thank you
