Do you know an individual that has many experience investing and would be interested in collaborating with a realtor (like myself). I would like to discuss in private chat on how we can both provide value to each other. I am based out in LA, feel free to message me directly :-)

I dont have much experience in Real Estate but I'm currently saving up money to invest in real estate and also working on getting my License! I have reached out to many Investors near me and I would love to work with them and provide value to them and in exchange know how to do what they do! What are some of the best ways to put myself in a position so that I can give them an incentive to WANT to work with me? Any bit would help Thanks :)

@Jason James Thanks for reaching out! I haven't attended any local meetups recently but will in the upcoming week. Right now I'm willing to network in the surrounding areas I have no problem with that. Do you know about any meetups happening soon?

Would love to meet some new people with some skin in the real estate game. I've recently started wholesaling with a buddy of mine and I'm open to learning some new strategies to investing. Lets Talk!

Hey DJ, thanks for the kind words my friend.

I absolutely agree with you on that one 100%!

Sounds great! I'll send you a message so we can talk more about the details for the event.

Talk soon!

Bryan

@David Oldenburg

Hey David I'd love to get more details about about the REI group you host. Talk to you soon! :)

@Jordan Thibodeau

Hey Jordan I appreciate your time reaching out to me. Unfortunately I do not have the details to the event because I was invited by a good friend of mine. He was under the impression that it was a networking event as well. Thank you we didn't think to do that, but we will definitely do our due diligence next time around!

That's awesome that'll help out a lot, I'll go check out your blog right now!

You're absolutely right, it was difficult trying to get wholesale deals on my own.

Thanks for the help!

@David Hutson

Hey David, My friend and I are obsessed with real estate investing so this will help out a ton if we can get the opportunity to surround ourselves with investors like yourself! Thanks so much for the help we're looking forward to meeting you there :)

Well keep in touch, talk soon!

@Kim Stofan

Thanks for reaching out Kim! I believe you saw my partner @Ahmed Sublaban 's post , we went together that day.  We definitely can't miss out on these networking opportunities, this really helps out a lot thank you! I actually have the book but haven't finished it yet. Are you wholesaling or trying to do something similar?
