BiggerPockets community,

My First post; I’m new to real estate investing. I want to start off on the right foot with trying to do a live-in flip. I found a house I want to make an offer on but it is outdated. I’m located in Pensacola Florida looking for a reliable contractor that I can get quotes from and also I would appreciate any mentorship or advice. I’m active duty military and hoping to get out if I can achieve passive income through real estate. Thank you for any help in advanced
