What an opportunity to own a large Duplex in Detroit!! You can live in one unit and rent out the other. Both units are 2 bed 1 bath. New hardwood floors. Kitchens are brand new in both units. Bathrooms have new vanities and toilets. Newer furnace and water heater. Plenty of space in the basement for storage. Close to I-94 freeway. Immediate occupancy after closing

Has anyone else had issues with posting a property for sale in the marketplace? I have everything in the form filled out. However, when I press the post button, I get no notification that it posted and it does not even post.

I am wondering if anyone, in the Metro Detroit (Livonia, Westland, Oak Park, Southfield, Wayne and oakland county areas), is currently renting to "special needs" tenants. I just attended an MREI meet up and a guy named Nick Sidoti came to speak. I am curious if this niche market is still a thing. Any information would be helpful.
