I am trying to finish this deal with my mother-in law on our foreclosed property, but the contract that was given to use by a company that is non for profit ,who is working with us  is a little confusing. I needed a real estate attorney from IL that will (pro bono) take a look at the contract.

Has anyone every herd of a company PREMIERE PROPERTY SOLUTIONS based out of Chicago on the South or Westside the owner is James Lee. If so is this a good company that wholesales and closes foreclosure deals.

Has anyone  on here used Sterns Lending in IL for residential loans? are they a good company?

Where can I find a good title company in Chicago any suggestion.....
